Project/Program manager - LifeSciences

Location Switzerland - Hybrid

• Lead the migration of a set of digital biomarker studies and ensure successful integration into the scalable cloud ecosystem.
• Perform detailed planning & scoping of migration & integration work packages in close alignment with other platform workstreams and key business stakeholders adhering to SAFe principles
• Identify and mitigate risks related to migration and integration activities, proactively addressing challenges to avoid disruptions.
• Coordinate & oversee execution in accordance with the overarching project plan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., data scientists, engineers, clinical operations, and regulatory teams) to ensure seamless migration and integration of data
• ecosystems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and security standards for handling sensitive patient and clinical data.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams, project stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring transparency and clarity.
• Support and report back to the overarching Migration Lead

Mandatory skills*

• Experience in delivering complex IT projects or programs in a regulated environment, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in digital transformation and change management.
• Familiarity with agile setups and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive personality with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, Atlassian Jira / Confluence).

Desired skills*

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and data ecosystems.
• Familiarity with digital health, wearable devices, or clinical research technologies.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
