We are looking for a Machine Learning Software Engineer:

Location: Stockholm, Sweden (with 75% remote work flexibility)

Assignment Period: August 15, 2025 – February 28, 2026

Job Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Machine Learning Software Engineer to join our team for an exciting assignment focused on generative and agentic AI projects. This role offers the flexibility of 75% remote work while being based in Stockholm, Sweden.

About the Role:

• As a Machine Learning Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning solutions.
• You will leverage your expertise in ML engineering, Python, and MLOps to build robust and scalable systems.
• A strong desire to work on cutting-edge generative and agentic AI projects is essential for this role. You'll also be responsible for managing stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of machine learning models and systems.
• Apply MLOps best practices to ensure efficient deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of ML solutions.
• Utilize the LangChain framework for developing sophisticated AI applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python.
• Contribute to the full lifecycle of generative and agentic AI projects, from research to deployment.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring project success.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in ML engineering projects.
• 5+ years of experience with Python programming language.
• 1+ year of experience with the LangChain framework.
• 3+ years and at least 3 projects of MLOps experience.
• 1+ year of AI coding experience.
• 2+ years of stakeholder management experience.
• Demonstrated desire to work on generative & agentic AI projects.

Optional/Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience building AI agents.
• Frontend development experience (React / NextJS).
