What We’re Looking For

  • You’re a senior ML engineer with deep experience training and deploying large language models
  • You’ve developed engineering best practices having worked at globally leading tech startups and scale-ups
  • You’ve shipped ML systems in production, with real users and real uptime
  • You understand how to build fast and still care about reproducibility, monitoring, and model performance
  • You have strong opinions about model safety, latency, and helpfulness — but you’re not afraid to experiment
  • You're a technical Swiss Army knife who can solve any problem thrown at you
  • You ship fast and break through walls instead of waiting for doors
  • You're comfortable not knowing everything but figuring it out anyway
  • You have strong opinions about code quality but know when to move fast
  • You’re based in Stockholm or willing to relocate, and excited to work on-site, full-time

Your Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product engineers to integrate models into real user-facing features
  • Build retrieval pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and experimentation tools
  • Push the limits of what’s possible with current open models, and help define what we should train next
  • Stay up to date with the bleeding edge of LLM research, and know when (and when not) to apply it

  • Frontend: React for lightning-fast interfaces
  • Backend: Golang and Rust for serious performance
  • Cloud: Cloudflare, Fly.io, Google Cloud Run, AWS, Terraform
  • And always exploring what's next
