As Product Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of an empowered, cross-functional team — defining strategy, guiding execution, and owning outcomes. This is your chance to lead a product that blends IoT innovation with tangible, real-world impact. From construction tools to heavy machinery, you’ll help businesses track and manage assets with precision and intelligence.
We’re seeking someone with a strong, hands-on product management background — ideally with experience aligning product strategy to commercial goals. You know how to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business value — and you're passionate about creating products that drive growth and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product strategy in alignment with ABAX’s broader goals
- Leverage data and market insights to identify customer pain points and solve real problems
- Drive the product lifecycle end to end — from concept to launch and beyond
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and commercial teams
- Own and iterate the product roadmap — delivering value early and often
- Create clear, outcome-focused user stories and champion seamless user experiences
- Proven experience scaling B2B cloud products as a Product Manager
- A relevant degree in technology, engineering, or a related field
- Solid understanding of both hardware and software, ideally with insight into the machine & equipment domain
- Enthusiastic, innovative, customer-obsessed, and sustainability-minded
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across discipline
- End-to-end ownership of a rapidly scaling product
- A visible, influential role shaping product development and company impact
