Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Security Consultant with strong expertise in operational technologies (OT), cloud platforms (AWS & Azure), and enterprise-level information security. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls across IT and OT environments
• Manage security processes for OT systems, cloud technologies, business applications, and network infrastructure
• Lead and support multiple security initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate risks
• Promote a collaborative culture and support documentation and operationalization of security solutions

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems or equivalent
• 10–15 years of experience in IT security, preferably in a multinational environment
• Hands-on experience with:
• AWS & Azure cloud platforms
• Networking and OT security tools
• Data classification and industry-standard security methodologies
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Proven ability to manage complex business relationships in a matrix organization
• Self-accountable, goal-oriented, and collaborative

Desirable Skills

• Experience in manufacturing or operational technology environments
• Ability to influence and drive outcomes in cross-functional teams
