Security Architect – IT & OT

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Security Architect – IT & OT to join our global team. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the design, implementation, and ongoing management of security controls across both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of cybersecurity, industrial operations, and cloud technologies within a fast-paced, multinational organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead security initiatives across IT and OT infrastructures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust cybersecurity frameworks and controls across cloud platforms (AWS & Azure), networks, and OT systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive risk-based decision-making and foster a security-first culture.
• Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent security projects and initiatives effectively.
• Support data classification, incident response, and security architecture processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, clearly communicating risks, issues, and strategic recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems or a related field.
• 10–15 years of IT security experience, ideally within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, networking, business systems, and OT security tools.
• Proven experience in security governance, architecture, and implementation methodologies.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven, with excellent decision-making and leadership skills.
• Effective communicator with strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience in highly collaborative, cross-matrix teams is a must.
