QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, or related fields
• 10+ years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on DevOps practices
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), IP networking, API Gateway, traffic management, scaling, and redundancy
• Experience with disaster recovery strategies and implementations
• Excellent troubleshooting and architectural design capabilities
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of adapting to dynamic working environments
• Ability to educate and technically mentor team members
• Solution-oriented mindset with a team-first approach
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design software and infrastructure architecture and guide collaborative design efforts within the team
• Lead setup, upgrades, and maintenance of systems using modern DevOps technologies
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members
• Ensure clear, high-quality documentation aligned with industry standards
• Take ownership of delivered solutions, demonstrating high commitment and responsibility
• Adapt quickly to changing environments and build strong working relationships with stakeholders
• Drive implementation of scalable, redundant, and resilient architectures with disaster recovery in mind
• Champion DevOps best practices across teams and projects
