About the project:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong Kotlin skills to join our custom software development team as soon as possible. You will help adapt and extend a vendor solution for bio laboratories, working closely with business requirements.

Key responsibilities

-Adapt and extend Agilent SLIMS to manage lab workflows based on business requirements

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement custom features

-Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using Kotlin, Groovy, and Spring

-Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the application lifecycle

-Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing

Key qualifications

-5+ years of experience in Java or Kotlin development (strong focus on Kotlin)

-Experience with Groovy, Spring, SQL (MariaDB)

-Proficiency with Gradle, Spock, basic Linux commands

-Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

-Nice to have: experience with Agilent SLIMS, basic knowledge of Apache Camel
