EPM Administrator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a technically skilled EPM Administrator with a strong development background to manage and customize our Microsoft Project Online environment hosted on Azure. This role requires hands-on experience in enterprise project management systems, custom development using Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate), and dashboard/reporting solutions using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and develop enhancements for Microsoft Project Online / EPM on Azure.
• Design and implement custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
• Build automated workflows to support project governance, approval cycles, and portfolio processes.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for executive and operational visibility.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and IT teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Maintain system integrations, manage upgrades, and ensure data accuracy and system performance.
• Provide support and training to end users with a focus on custom-developed components.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Project Online / EPM administration and development.
• Proven development experience using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, PRINCE2).
• Solid knowledge of Azure, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 environment.
• Experience with scripting, APIs, and integrating Microsoft services.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in software or solution development.
• Experience in integrating EPM with other business systems.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Project, or Azure (preferred).
• Fluent in Arabic
