UI/UX Designer (225-714)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback, and translating these requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for users across our platforms. Your creativity and design skills will contribute significantly to the overall success of our digital products. Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand user needs and preferences to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered design solutions.
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are aesthetically pleasing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current UI/UX design trends and best practices.
• Work with developers to ensure that the design is implemented accurately and effectively.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all design platforms and products.
• Communicate design strategies and processes to stakeholders and team members.
• Analyze and report on design performance metrics to optimize user experience.
• Iterate design solutions based on feedback and changing project requirements.
• Provide design support and solutions for marketing collateral as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar applications.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects and case studies.
