Fullstack Developer – Cloud Native Platforms

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer with a strong background in building and operating cloud-native applications and platforms at scale. This role demands deep expertise across multiple programming languages, cloud ecosystems (AWS & GCP), and modern software development practices. You’ll be pivotal in engineering scalable, secure, and resilient systems in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy fullstack applications and microservices using Java (Spring Boot), Python, Go, Kotlin, and other modern languages.
• Architect and implement secure REST APIs, scalable backend systems, and responsive front-end interfaces.
• Lead the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Terraform, Harness, and other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions.
• Engineer solutions on AWS and GCP, leveraging services such as EKS, Lambda, Aurora, MongoDB Atlas, VPCs, S3, and event-driven architectures.
• Apply best practices in test-driven development, observability, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-based deployment.
• Drive excellence in code quality, automation, and developer experience.
• Implement and enforce security and compliance controls, including IAM, Vault, OPA, Sentinel, and integrations with security tools like Wiz.
• Mentor team members, contribute to technical decision-making, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a fullstack or platform engineer, ideally in financial services or similarly regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices design patterns, and DevSecOps practices.
• Solid foundation in both relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Expertise in platform engineering and building internal developer platforms to support software delivery at scale.
• Experience building secure, scalable REST APIs and integrating with cloud-native platforms.
• Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud-based deployment models.
• Expertise in Test driven development, automation, Vault and secrets management
• Extensive expertise across Identity and Access management, Security Control Policies etc
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
