We’re seeking a GoLang Developer (Engineer 4 level) to join a high-impact engineering team building the next generation of advertising technology. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys solving complex problems using cutting-edge tools across both backend and frontend technologies.

You’ll be part of a team that works with large-scale distributed systems, vast data pipelines, and modern cloud infrastructure to help the world’s top media players monetize content more efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend architecture and roadmap in key technical areas
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering leadership to define and implement features
• Design and build high-performance APIs and workflows using GoLang and modern technologies
• Participate in code reviews, testing strategies, and documentation
• Develop and maintain integration, unit, and regression tests
• Build scalable, cloud-native services leveraging AWS and container technologies
• Monitor performance and availability; handle product alerts and implement fixes as needed
• Continuously upgrade libraries, services, and infrastructure to improve system performance
• Contribute to a culture of clean code, reliability, and technical excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack software development (Java, Python, or C#)
• 2+ years of hands-on GoLang experience
• Strong understanding of software architecture, data structures, and design patterns (e.g., GoF, MVC, SOLID, MVP, Flux)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Solid grasp of CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins), Agile methodologies (Scrum), and tools like Jira
• Proficient in testing frameworks and practices (JUnit, Selenium, Cypress, Jest, Mocha)
• Experience in large-scale web application development is a plus
