Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst with deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle Identity Management (IDM) solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing user identity lifecycles, enforcing security policies, and ensuring access governance through tools such as Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), and Oracle Internet Directory (OID).

Reports To: Application Head / Program or Project Manager
Supervises: Project team members as required
Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyze IAM requirements from business stakeholders.
Design and implement user provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.
Collaborate with application teams to define user roles and entitlements.
Support the implementation of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and compliance mechanisms.
Develop and document use cases for OIM/OAM systems.
Plan and assist in access reviews, certifications, and audit preparedness.
Create end-user training material and assist during UAT phases.
Customize and manage provisioning workflows, approval hierarchies, and connectors within OIM.
Configure and troubleshoot authentication and authorization mechanisms via OAM.
Maintain and administer user directories such as OID and LDAP.
Integrate enterprise applications with Oracle IDM for automated access provisioning.
Develop automation scripts and utilities (Java, Shell, PL/SQL) to streamline IAM operations.
Conduct system upgrades, patching, and performance optimization for IDM environments.
Participate in testing, deployment, and peer code reviews.
Hands-on experience in ADF development is required.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 10 years of experience in IAM roles with hands-on expertise in Oracle OIM, OAM, and OID.
Strong understanding of IAM governance, security frameworks, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
Proven experience in SoD analysis, access certifications, and policy enforcement.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience integrating Oracle IDM with cloud environments, including Oracle Cloud.
Familiarity with other IAM platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, and Azure AD is an asset.
Involvement in large-scale IAM transformation or modernization initiatives is preferred.
Education and Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
Preferred certifications: Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist – OIM/OAM.
Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Technical Experience
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Database, and WebLogic Server.
Familiarity with identity and federation protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML.
Exposure to GRC, ITGC controls, and security audits.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow, RSA Archer, MS Visio, Jira, Confluence, DevOps tools, and SharePoint.
Basic understanding of directory services and authentication technologies (LDAP, SSO, OAuth).
