Job Description
The Product & Service Communications Manager is responsible for crafting and leading communication strategies that support the design, launch, and evolution of new products and services. This role ensures that messaging is aligned across departments, well-documented, and clearly communicated to both internal and external audiences. It’s a collaborative position that blends creativity with structure, combining storytelling with strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
The Product & Service Communications Manager is responsible for crafting and leading communication strategies that support the design, launch, and evolution of new products and services. This role ensures that messaging is aligned across departments, well-documented, and clearly communicated to both internal and external audiences. It’s a collaborative position that blends creativity with structure, combining storytelling with strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Messaging Strategy: Define and lead communication plans for new products and service enhancements
- Content Development: Draft messaging frameworks, internal briefings, talking points, FAQs, and leadership updates
- Cross-Team Alignment: Collaborate with design, product, service delivery, and marketing teams to ensure consistent and timely messaging
- Launch Support: Develop communication materials to support product/service rollouts across the business
- Brand Voice: Ensure all communications reflect the organization’s tone, messaging standards, and overall values.
- Executive Support: Prepare executive messaging and presentation content for senior leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong understanding of customer experience, product design, and service innovation
- Ability to simplify complex product details into engaging, clear messaging
- Skilled in PowerPoint, CMS platforms, and tools like Adobe Suite
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working across teams and departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product or brand communications, ideally in aviation, customer experience, or hospitality industries
- Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Qatar with a valid QID
