About The Role
In this role, you will be part of ISO 20000-1:2018 certified IT Service Management Team. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company's IT service management (ITSM) processes and procedures are compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. This includes tasks such as providing required input for developing and implementing ITSM policies and procedures, conducting periodic internal compliance review, guiding and providing ITSM training to staffs. You will also act as a liaison between the IT department and other dependent departments, ensuring that the company's ITSM compliance requirements are fully met.

About You
To be successful in this role you must have customer facing experience with excellent command over English language. You must handle multiple tasks at one time and work successfully as part of a team, while being under pressure. You must work varied hours / days based on business needs with process-oriented approach to address issues in hand.Hands on experience in working for ANY ISO standard implementation in the organisation will be an added advantage.
You must hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent qualification with minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in business department administration, document and process control, ISO implementation and maintenance, vendor and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities
- Work with various stakeholders for Implementing the approved ITSM policies and procedures for the organisation.
- Conduct periodic internal compliance review of ITSM processes and procedures.
- Guide and provide training to staff on ITSM compliance requirements.
- Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest laws, regulations, and standards related to ITSM.
- Providing input into IT service improvement initiatives wherever necessary.
- Help the ITSM Steering Committee in identifying the needs of the business, designing IT services that meet those needs, and implementing those services.
- If required, lead the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 20000-1 ITSM standard.
- Coordinate and help ITSM Steering committee team on the ISO 20000-1 audit process.
- Develop and maintain the ISO 20000-1 documentations.
- Provide input into the ITSM strategy to ensure annual audits on ISO 20000-1 is executed as per schedule.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest changes to the ISO 20000-1 standard.
- Strong understanding of the ISO 20000-1 standard.
