Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Data Modeler with 12–15 years of experience in telecom data modeling and large-scale data warehouse projects. The role focuses on designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models, with emphasis on supporting BI platforms and enabling self-service analytics. Experience with the PI Telecom Data Model is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage enterprise data models across telecom domains (CDRs, billing, usage, CRM, etc.).
• Translate business requirements into scalable data structures.
• Review vendor-delivered models for quality and performance.
• Implement and integrate the PI Telecom Data Model.
• Develop semantic layers for tools like Power BI, Tableau, and MicroStrategy.
• Ensure data consistency through metadata management and governance compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and BI teams across data platforms.

Requirements:

• 12–15 years in data modeling with deep telecom domain expertise (BSS/OSS, CRM, billing, KPIs).
• Strong experience in dimensional and relational modeling.
• Tools: Erwin, Power Designer, or ER/Studio.
• Proficient in SQL, MPP systems (Greenplum, Teradata), and BI integration.
• Preferred: PI Telecom Data Model, TM Forum SID, cloud/hybrid data architecture, and data governance tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra, Alation).
