As a Product Designer, you’ll tackle complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, easy-to-use interfaces for mobile and web applications. You’ll have the opportunity to utilize the full range of your product design skills and collaborate with a great team of passionate professionals.

This is you

3+ years of experience in product design across multiple platforms (responsive web, Android, iOS).
Strong visual design skills with proficiency in typography, UI (desktop & mobile), color, layout, and iconography.
Online portfolio demonstrating past work and deliverables.
Degree in Design Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience.
Solid knowledge of responsive design and mobile UI/UX principles related to software development.
Experience with user-centered design (UCD) practices like usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and accessibility.
Skilled in using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher – both written and spoken.

Nice-to-have skills:

Experience working with Agile/Scrum cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to validate design decisions with data and provide commercial rationale.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

This is your role

Design intuitive end-to-end user flows and experiences, delivering high-quality work on time.
Handover research and UX deliverables in formats usable by respective teams.
Create and maintain design documentation, including Design Systems and Pattern Libraries.
Support UX Researchers in user and stakeholder interviews, testing, and validating design decisions with data.
Use appropriate methodologies and tools to research, design, validate, and deliver solutions.
Present design recommendations clearly to stakeholders, explaining reasoning and considerations.
Collaborate closely with product designers, product managers, engineers, and other team members.
