As a Product Designer, you’ll tackle complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, easy-to-use interfaces. You will have the opportunity to utilize the full range of your product design skills and work alongside a great team of people.

This is you

5+ years of experience in all aspects of product design, designing for multiple platforms (responsive web, Android, and iOS).
5+ years of visual design experience, with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetic sense — and how these elements impact product function.
An online portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables.
Degree in Design Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field — or equivalent industry experience.
Excellent knowledge of responsive design and mobile UI/UX design principles and methodologies as they relate to software development.
Applied knowledge of user-centered design (UCD) practices, including but not limited to usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and accessibility.
Experience in using UX/UI design best practices to develop effective solutions.
Experience working with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams.
Proven ability to support designs, hypotheses, and recommendations using data or validated evidence, and to provide commercial rationale for design decisions.
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) for creating design artifacts and presentations.

This is your role

Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are intuitive to use within your area of responsibility, delivered on time and at the expected level of quality and fidelity.
Handover research and UX deliverables in a format that can be effectively utilized by the respective teams.
Create and maintain design documentation, such as Design Systems and Pattern Libraries.
Advocate for the use of consistent user patterns, supporting both design and product teams.
Support UX Researchers (UXR) in conducting user and stakeholder interviews, user acceptance testing, and usability testing to gather evidence and requirements.
Assist UXR in validating designs, hypotheses, and recommendations with data, providing rationale for design decisions.
Help UXR identify objectives and metrics to evaluate design performance.
Use the most appropriate methodologies, processes, and tools to research, design, validate, and deliver solutions.
Present a range of recommendations for design solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating the reasoning behind each recommendation and the considerations involved.
