Software Engineer

You will be part of dynamic group of world-class engineers responsible for being the first responders to a planet-scale system. Your team will be the frontline in managing a critical infrastructure that supports billions of daily operations trusted by customers globally.

This role has high visibility, is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our services and requires team members who are both technically adept and capable of handling complex challenges inherent in a large scale distributed system.

• Understand a planet scale system, both breadth and depth of how things work is necessary.
• An aptitude for rapid response to incidents and ensure high availability of the service.
• Collaborate closely with technical experts to maintain and enhance system reliability.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• OR equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in understanding large-scale distributed systems.
• Deep technical knowledge and a strong understanding of system architecture.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining customer trust.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science OR related technical field AND 1+ year(s) technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, OR Python
• OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• OR equivalent experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
