Your Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to translate requirements into high-quality UI solutions.
Mentor and guide junior UI engineers, providing technical leadership and support.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement and maintain reusable code and libraries for future use.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in UI development.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

Your Skills And Experience

13+ years of experience in UI development with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Unit Testing, and modern frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, or Adobe XD.
Knowledge of back-end technologies and integration with front-end systems.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
