Full Stack Engineer

Senior Full Stack Engineer – React, Node, TS, GCP - $150-180k + super + bonus

We’re looking for a senior engineer to jump on a really interesting project in the Fin-Services space, as they embark on building out a next-gen digital contact centre. We're talking enterprise-grade financial services technology where every architectural decision impacts real-time customer interactions across credit cards, business banking, and sales operations.

You’ll be in a fairly fast-paced team of other engineers, as well as cybersecurity and DevOps experts.

The core platform utilises React and TypeScript for front-end, with a microservices Node.js backend deployed on Google Cloud Platform. Twilio Flex for their contact centre platform.

The roadmap? Architecting API-first microservices with database connectivity across distributed systems, implementing real-time speech-to-text AI integration for intelligent call processing, and building IVR messaging automation to replace legacy telephony infrastructure. They're also modernising our CI/CD pipeline by migrating services to GitHub Actions for seamless deployment workflows.

Bonus points if you’ve worked with GCP, but other cloud providers are fine (but you’ll need to be ok with moving to GCP and picking it up) and experience with contact centre platforms like Twilio Flex, Amazon Connect, Genesys.

2-3 days a week in the Sydney office are needed. Full working rights only
