Job Description

As a Solutions Engineer on our Solutions Engineering team, you’ll play a key role in designing, validating, and optimizing high-performance data solutions for AI and other data-intensive workloads. You’ll work closely with technology partners like NVIDIA to integrate and deliver turnkey, at-scale solutions that power critical applications for customers around the world. This role combines deep technical expertise with hands-on execution to ensure our solutions deliver industry-leading performance, scalability, and reliability. You’ll also be expected to create content that communicates the capabilities and benefits of these solutions.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing solutions related to DDN products and services under guidance from senior engineers and product management.
  • Collaborate through various phases of development as required, from concept to release. This includes prototyping, scoping, product definition creation, testing, benchmarking using both synthetic and real-application workloads.
  • Deliver and support tools for engineering, benchmarking teams, and customers to measure and analyze solution performance.
  • Author documentation for architecture, white papers, product guides, and other field-facing publications.
  • Engage on a wide range of technical tasks and projects in DDN labs and at times, partner and customer facilities.
  • Multi-task and manage competing priorities, ensuring all objectives are accomplished.
  • Travel, as required.
