Agile Coach

We’re excited to be working with a highly regarded federal government client who is looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support their transformation journey. This is a long-term opportunity to make a real difference by coaching teams, uplifting delivery capability, and embedding Agile values across the organisation.

You'll be working with cross-functional teams to guide Agile practices, influence ways of working, and support the development of products that deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and communities.
What you’ll be doing:

• Championing Agile and Lean practices to help teams move from delivery-focused to value-focused.
• Coaching product owners, delivery teams and leaders to embed Agile principles in day-to-day work.
• Supporting the design and delivery of outcome-driven product roadmaps.
• Working closely with product managers, UX designers, developers, and testers to improve flow, collaboration and customer experience.
• Facilitating the cultural shift required for a true Agile mindset across multiple teams.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements that increase delivery effectiveness.
• Leading with empathy and adaptability in a dynamic, evolving environment.

About you:

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach in large, complex organisations (5+ years).
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience scaling Agile practices.
• A confident facilitator who can engage stakeholders at all levels and build trust quickly.
• Able to coach technical and non-technical teams through transformation.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Passionate about people, culture, and continuous improvement.
• Baseline clearance preferred (or willingness to obtain).
