Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and define project requirements.
• Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to ensure optimal model performance.
• Integrate AI models into production systems and monitor their effectiveness over time.
• Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
• Document processes, decisions, and results clearly to facilitate team communication and project transparency.
• Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Experience deploying models in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision projects.
• Background in MLOps, CI/CD, or production-grade AI system design.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or active participation in the AI research community.
