Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description

Are you a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer ready to shape intuitive digital experiences? Amaris Consulting is looking for a Junior/Medior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Brussels. This full-time position is ideal for someone passionate about user-centered design, eager to contribute to impactful digital products, and ready to grow within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

🔥 Your Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs for websites, platforms, and applications.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into functional, elegant, and user-centered design solutions.
• Ensure a consistent design language across all digital products by following brand and design system guidelines.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and team members to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve and refine your work.
• Support user research activities such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
• Analyze research insights and translate them into actionable design improvements.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance data.
• Prepare and hand off design assets and documentation to development teams.
  
  
  

🎯 Your Profile:

• 1–3 years (Junior) or 3–5 years (Medior) of experience in UX/UI or digital product design.
• Solid understanding of design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design/prototyping platforms.
• Strong visual design skills with a good eye for layout, color, and typography.
• A portfolio that showcases your design thinking, UX process, and UI design work.
• Experience working in agile or product team environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design is desirable.
• Exposure to Jira, Confluence, or similar project collaboration tools is a bonus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Fluency in French (mother tongue) and good command of English is required.
