📄 Job Description

Today we are looking for a Front-End Developerto join the Core Team. The Core Team work on tranversal projects, frameworks, best practices, web-site maintenance and evolutions, performance related topics with the Lead Dev, pair reviews and assisting the Devs across the Veepee product teams. It's an ideal team and mission for someone that is very tech curious, keeps up to date with the latest tech market trends.

🎯 TASKS

• Develop scalable front-end solutions using ReactJS, TypeScript, Redux, and modern tooling (Webpack, Vite) within a micro front-end ecosystem;
• Architect monorepo solutions using PNPM workspaces, NX, and modern build systems to support platform scalability;
• Build accessible UI components using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS with Radix primitives, adhering to WCAG 2.1 guidelines;
• Collaborate with design teams to deliver pixel-perfect implementations from Figma specifications;
• Enforce development standards through ESLint, TypeScript strict typing, and SOLID principles in component architecture;
• Conduct thorough code reviews and participate in merge requests to maintain code quality and knowledge sharing;
• Optimize application performance including bundle sizes, web vitals, and mobile-first responsive design strategies;
• Lead technical migrations from legacy codebases to modern technologies and architectural patterns;
• Estimate development tasks with clear risk assessment, technical provisions, and limitation identification;
• Work within agile methodologies delivering MVPs that satisfy immediate needs while supporting future scalability;
• Mentor team members on React best practices, accessibility standards, and modern development approaches;
• Conduct technical interviews to evaluate and onboard new developers joining the engineering team;
• Implement cutting-edge technologies including Server Side Rendering, NodeJS, and performance monitoring solutions;
• Drive technical decision-making for platform evolution and technology stack improvements;
  
  
  

👉 MUST HAVE Skills

• 5+ years web development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern ES6+ features;
• Expert React proficiency including hooks, Redux, Next.js, and component architecture;
• Modern build tools knowledge including Webpack, Vite, and monorepo management (PNPM/NX);
• Design system experience with Tailwind CSS, component libraries, and responsive design;
• Full-stack capabilities with REST APIs, microservices architecture, Node.js, and Express;
• Server-side rendering experience with React, Next.js, and react-router;
• Internationalization (i18n) for multi-language applications;
• Testing expertise with Jest and React Testing Library;
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and growth motivation;
• Fluent English for effective team collaboration;

• Accessibility expertise with WCAG 2.1;
• Storybook expertise for component documentation and design systems;
