APPRENTICESHIP - Data & Innovation Team H/F

We work closely with departments across the company to build innovative solutions using technology, automation, and advanced analytics.

Position Overview

As an Innovation Intern, you will support the Innovation Lead and Data Scientist in accelerating data and automation initiatives across the business. You’ll gain hands-on experience in data cleaning, analysis, visualization, and tool automation.

You’ll also be exposed to the full data science project lifecycle-from framing to modelling and deployment-while developing both technical and project coordination skills in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Cleaning & Transformation: Assist in cleaning, transforming, and structuring data using Python and Excel to support various projects.
• Automation: Help design and implement scripts to automate repetitive tasks, improve data flows, and reduce manual work for business teams.
• Data Analysis: Conduct exploratory data analysis and collaborate on analytical projects to identify trends, opportunities, and anomalies.
• Visualization & Dashboarding: Build clear and user-friendly dashboards using Power BI to monitor key metrics, share project updates, and support business units.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with different departments (e.g., Merchandising, Supply Chain, Retail) to understand business needs and deliver relevant data-driven insights.
• Daily Support: Assist the team with day-to-day tasks such as preparing datasets, validating inputs from business teams, and maintaining existing tools.

Profile & Qualifications

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• You have experience working with data in Python and are comfortable using Excel for day-to-day analysis.
• You are familiar with Power BI or eager to strengthen your skills in data visualization and dashboard creation.
• You enjoy solving problems, exploring data, and finding simple ways to automate repetitive tasks.
• You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively in a team setting.
• You’re fluent in English and feel comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment.
