iOS Team Lead

Are you passionate about iOS development and leadership? Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking for an experienced iOS Team Lead to help enhance the mobile banking experience for millions of users each month. You'll play a key role in ensuring the app and web platforms are secure, personal, and user-friendly.

In this role, you'll split your time between hands-on iOS development and leading a team of developers. You will:

• Mentor and guide team members to foster technical growth and excellence.
• Oversee HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and development.
• Collaborate with other technical leads to build a unified development community and strategy.
• Organize knowledge-sharing events and promote continuous learning within your team.
• Work closely with senior IT leadership to align goals and strategies.

What you bring:

• 8+ years of experience in iOS Development (Swift/Objective-C).
• Proven leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Solid grasp of architecture and design patterns, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and release management.
• Familiarity with SwiftUI, modern concurrency, and Apple's latest technologies.
• Nice to have:

Experience with additional programming languages like Ruby or Python.

Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of Scrum principles.
