We want you to:

• Support in-house development teams to enable a quick and flawless delivery process.
• Ensure infrastructure, Oracle database health, performance, and availability.
• Understand important KPIs to implement monitoring and metrics solutions to ensure good SLA.
• Collaborate with other teams, enabling the means for creating developer-tailored tools for SCM, build, deployment, and maintenance needs.
• Support business continuity by providing technical aid to the customer in both release deployment and infrastructure-related queries.
• Work in an Agile environment, employing best VCS practices for SCM, incl. Infrastructure as Code, Configuration as Code for environment scalability, maintainability, and repeatability.

This job might be for you if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience with DevOps concepts, tools, and ways of working.
• System Administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Good knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Experience with scripting and/or automation, i.e. Bash, PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Jenkins, etc.
• Hands-on experience with DBMS administration.
• Experience in Oracle query performance analysis and optimisation.
• Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD systems.
• Experience in operations and/or infrastructure team management, i.e. task delegation, support, and follow-up.
• Experience in software technical support for clients.
• Good communication skills in Latvian and English.

You might also have:

• Experience in working in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of system resource allocation and management, system and solution security.
