AI Product Manager

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an AI Project Manager to join our Eldorado team.

What You Will Be Doing

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for AI-driven features and tools;
• Conduct user research and market discovery to uncover customer needs and guide AI product strategy;
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and designers to identify and prioritize AI use cases with high customer and business impact;
• Develop and communicate a clear AI product vision aligned with stakeholders;
• Set success metrics, evaluate model performance, and guide iteration based on data insights, user feedback, and product experiments;
• Translate complex or ambiguous AI opportunities into clear, valuable, and user-facing product features.

What We’re Looking For

• At least two years of experience in a product management or technical product owner role, ideally in a data-driven or AI-focused environment;
• Hands-on experience working with data, including proficiency in SQL or BI tools;
• A strong product mindset with the ability to balance technical feasibility, user needs, and business goals;
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across business, engineering, and data teams;
• Familiarity with software development processes and tools (e.g., Git, APIs, HTTP fundamentals);
• Understanding of project management tools and methodologies;
• Proficiency in English and Lithuanian languages.

Bonus Points For

• Experience building or managing AI/ML-powered products such as recommender systems, chatbots, or generative AI tools;
• Experience with scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for data manipulation or prototyping;
• Passion for emerging AI trends and their practical applications;
• Interest in video games or gaming culture.

Compensation

• The salary range for this position is €4000 – €8000 gross per month, depending on your experience.
