Freelance Project Manager – M365 Document Management (Onsite, Luxembourg – 6 Months)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 6-month onsite freelance assignment in Luxembourg. The focus of this engagement is to lead a strategic document management transformation project, leveraging Microsoft 365 tools within a regulated financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the end-to-end management of a critical document management transformation project.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, IT, legal, compliance, and change management.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and information security requirements (e.g., GDPR, legal archiving).
• Oversee the implementation of M365-based solutions for document handling and lifecycle management.
• Integrate deliverables from the Process team (As-Is / To-Be analysis) into actionable project plans and decisions.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.Requirements:
• Proven experience managing complex projects in document or content management, ideally in the banking or financial sector.
• Deep understanding of M365 document management capabilities and their integration with enterprise platforms such as CRM or Documentum.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, information governance, and security best practices.
• Excellent coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• A structured, proactive, and user-focused approach to driving change.

This is an onsite freelance role, requiring presence in Luxembourg for the duration of the project.
