Deloitte Luxembourg Operations is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Financial Controller & Project Manager for our Audit & Assurance business. This unique role bridges the gap between financial controlling and project management, offering an exciting opportunity to drive financial strategies and operational excellence.

Your next challenge

• Develop and implement financial tools, KPIs, and reports to monitor economic indicators.
• Ensure alignment with strategic goals through rigorous financial analysis and reporting.
• Review current processes for optimization, promoting continuous improvement and change management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and enhance efficiency.
  
  

Your Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a financial role; knowledge in accounting is essential.
• Prior experience in Audit is a plus.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
