Threecolts is a fast-growing SaaS company powering tools for marketplace sellers across Amazon, Walmart, and more. We’re looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to lead the technical direction of three key products: Marketplace Pulse, ChannelReply, and Helpdesk. This is a hands-on role with full ownership of system design, architecture, and decision-making across live, high-scale applications.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, manage engineering priorities, and act as the main point of contact for technical and product-related matters.

We’re looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to lead the technical direction of three key products: Marketplace Pulse, ChannelReply, and Helpdesk. This is a hands-on role with full ownership of system design, architecture, and decision-making across live, high-scale applications.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, manage engineering priorities, and act as the main point of contact for technical and product-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Own technical leadership across three core products
- Design and guide scraping architecture (Python/Playwright/Flask) for large-scale seller data extraction (Amazon, Walmart)
- Optimize infrastructure, Docker usage, and resource efficiency in web scraping workflows
- Oversee integration of 9+ marketplaces with 8 helpdesks in ChannelReply (PHP, Laravel)
- Build and maintain roadmaps for Helpdesk and ChannelReply in collaboration with product stakeholders
- Triage support and feature requests; solve directly or delegate to developers
- Handle technical compliance questions (e.g. GDPR), data security, and infrastructure monitoring
- Coordinate across engineering, product, support, and leadership teams
- Manage a small team
- Hire and onboard developers as needed
- Python, Playwright, Flask
- PHP (Laravel, Zend Framework)
- MySQL, Redis
- Docker, Heroku,Sentry, Linux-based infrastructure
- Multi-core parallel processing servers
- Experience with ElasticSearch is a plus
- 7+ years in backend development with strong experience in Python and/or PHP
- Proven ability to manage high-scale systems and resource-heavy applications
- Experience with scraping tools (Playwright, Selenium, etc.)
- Strong architecture, planning, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and lead technical execution
- A background in e-commerce or experience with helpdesk platforms is a plus.
