Are you an experienced .NET C# Developer looking for an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions? We are seeking a proactive and skilled backend developer to join a pioneering team focused on experimentation and innovation in customer service and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using .NET and C#
• Integrate and experiment with AI technologies to enhance customer interactions
• Build and execute test cases for AI-driven solutions
• Building CCI/CD Pipelines using Azure
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define use cases and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Drive experiments to validate new ideas and iterate quickly on prototypes

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET and C#
• Proven expertise with Azure
• Experience implementing or testing Generative AI solutions (e.g., LLMs)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with business stakeholders
• Proactive, experimental mindset with a strong problem-solving approach
• Marketing communication or use case design experience is a plus
