Kotlin Backend Engineer

What we need

- 5+ years of proven experience as a Backend Engineer or in a similar engineering role within a crossfunctional

team environment;

- Proficient in Kotlin for backend development;

- Solid hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Ktor frameworks for building robust, scalable services;

- Solid hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases, including optimization and schema

design;

- Familiarity with REST API design principles, microservices architectures, and cloud-based services

(preferably AWS);

- Comfortable working within an Agile development environment, embracing incremental delivery and

continuous feedback;

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a sharp eye for debugging and performance tuning;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex

technical concepts to a broad range of audiences.
