Overview:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Analyst with a strong background in Lean and Agile methodologies to join our dynamic team in Bucharest. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the integration of application software through DevOps practices and play a critical role in driving development, automation, deployment, and monitoring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements and project KPIs.
• Implement a range of development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure.
• Participate in planning team structure and managing project activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage external interfaces.
• Set up tools and infrastructure necessary for DevOps operations.
• Define and manage processes for development, testing, release, updates, and support.
• Review, verify, and validate software code developed in the project.
• Troubleshoot and resolve code bugs using effective debugging techniques.
• Monitor lifecycle processes, identify areas for improvement, and minimize waste.
• Promote and implement automation wherever possible.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and manage cybersecurity risks.
• Handle incident management and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure clear communication within the team and with customers.
• Select and deploy appropriate CI/CD tools.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and drive continuous integration and deployment.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Monitor customer experience and project KPIs.
• Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, Lean and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, scripting, and infrastructure setup.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
• Solid background in software code review and debugging.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cybersecurity measures in DevOps environments.
• Proactive and improvement-focused mindset.
