The Role

As a Senior Product Analyst you will leverage your expertise in data analyses and web product performance to drive growth and enhance user experience across various platforms.

• Serve as a key point of contact for delivering web analytics insights, developing dashboards, and analyzing - e-commerce performance.
• Analyze user behavior and patterns to identify areas for improvement and optimize the customer journey.
• Formulate and test hypotheses to enhance website performance, driving business growth and conversion rates.
• Ensure data quality, troubleshoot web analytics tools, and manage technical implementations.
• Create data-driven recommendations for product improvements and collaborate with stakeholders across teams.
• Support stakeholders with automated reporting, data visualizations, and ongoing insights for strategic decision-making.

Skills

• Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4) for reporting, segmentation, and marketing integrations
• Excellent in Google Tag Manager for tag implementation and maintenance
• Experience with SQL and Google Big Query for data extraction and analysis
• Familiar with CRO tools like Optimizely for A/B testing
• Strong skills in BI tools, including Looker, for data visualization and reporting
