Requirements

  • Extensive experience in product design and user research, with a strong focus on user-centered design principles.
  • Proven ability to facilitate and coach cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and shared understanding.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a talent for gaining buy-in and alignment across teams.
  • Comfortable navigating and delivering within complex enterprise environments.
  • Skilled in setting up and managing continuous user research and feedback loops to inform product strategy.
  • Proficient in a range of user-centered design tools and frameworks, including Opportunity Solution Trees (OSTs).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, both within teams and across departments.
  • Passionate about mentoring, with a desire to coach junior product designers and support their professional growth.
  • Aligning user experience with broader business goals to drive measurable impact.
  • Ability to clearly present work in product design, UX, and design thinking processes.
  • Experienced in co-facilitating continuous discovery and setting up structured user research initiatives.
  • Leading feedback-driven iteration within agile development teams.
  • Skilled in organizing and leading workshops, design sprints, and co-creation sessions.
  • Coaching cross-functional teams in user-centered design and Continuous Discovery habits.
  • Adept at conducting user research, using methods like empathy mapping, journey mapping, and persona development to shape design decisions.
  • Strong collaborator, working effectively with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to deliver impactful, user-focused solutions.
  • Actively champions user-centered design throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Strategic thinker, with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to create high-impact product solutions.
  • Committed to driving design excellence while ensuring product outcomes align with organizational goals.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
