GEN AI ENGINEER

Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer with hands-on experience in LangChain, Azure OpenAI, and NLP technologies. The ideal candidate will work on designing and integrating GenAI models into existing systems, with a strong focus on Azure, Python, and MLOps pipelines. This is an onsite contract role based in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI).
• Implement and optimize pipelines using LangChain or similar frameworks.
• Perform data pre-processing and build scalable NLP solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD, MLOps workflows and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
• Ensure models meet performance, reliability, and maintainability standards.

Required Skills:

• LangChain and similar GenAI pipeline frameworks
• Python programming (advanced level)
• Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning
• Databricks, Apache Spark, SQL
• Knowledge in CI/CD, MLOps, Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of NLP techniques and tools

Desirable Skills:

• Experience working in a multidisciplinary Agile environment
• Prior experience integrating GenAI models in enterprise applications
• Ability to design reusable components and follow architecture guidelines
• Strong communication and documentation skills
