Responsibilities

Make an impact Are you a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator who enjoys working closely with both people and processes? We're looking for a Payroll Coordinator & HR Administrator to join our People & Organization team! In this role, you'll be the key link between our employees, managers, and our external payroll partner - making sure our people related administration and processes run smoothly, accurately, and on time. You'll also provide day-to-day support on everything from taxes and pensions to insurances and employment data. Whether it’s guiding a manager through a salary query or helping an employee with a benefit question, your support helps ensure everything runs like clockwork. You will be part of the Nordic P&O team distributed between our Gothenburg and Oslo office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow into a broader Nordic Payroll Coordinator position, with increasing responsibility across the region. You will play a key role in shaping the scope and structure of this evolving position.

  • Keep employee and payroll data accurate and up to date across systems like SAP, Flex HRM, and SuccessFactors.
  • Work closely with our payroll partner to ensure timely and correct salary payments, benefits, and adherence to local legislation.
  • Be the go-to person for employees and managers when it comes to pay, pensions, HR systems, and admin questions.
  • Collaborate with Finance and People & Organization team to manage payments, invoicing, and payroll-related reporting.
  • Support annual administrative processes related to the employee life cycle.
  • Make sure our documentation, policies, and employee handbooks are up to date and aligned with legal and union requirements.
  • Look for ways to improve how we do things—bringing ideas to keep our payroll and admin processes efficient and compliant.
  • Contribute to broader people initiatives, like time bank planning with unions and participating in our local Work Environment Committee.

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed

  • A university degree in Human Resources, Administration or equivalent.
  • You have minimum 5 years of experience from a similar role working with Payroll Coordination where you have been working with taxes and pension. You also have experience of HR related administrative processes and tasks.You are a confident user of HR and payroll systems, preferably SAP, SAP Successfactors and Flex.
  • In addition, you are fluent in both English and Swedish.
