Who are you?

We are looking for a talented and experienced Frontend for one of our major pharmaceutical clients.

The Production Associate is responsible for html developing, planning, and executing on email marketing campaigns as part of an established team. The Production Associate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that email campaigns support business strategy and integrate with website and eCommerce solutions. You will analyse effectiveness of email campaigns, work with ISPs and other outside vendors on a variety of email issues, including white/black listing and email filters, and ensure that email messages adhere to SPAM regulations. Excellent communication skills are required. used by our client and quality assurance.

Job Description:

• Build html email tactics and test across multiple browsers or email clients and leveraging Litmus services.
• Work with the marketing team to develop, test and deploy promotional email messages.
• Collaborate with the brand teams on developing presentations, communicating email strategies and performance with other teams across the organization.
• Work with marketing team to develop more personalized communications by developing dynamic content areas that can be leveraged across campaigns and programs.
• Manage email coding schedule and asset delivery timelines.
• Work to enhance process and campaign performance.
• Drive code evaluations of promotional campaigns to enhance ongoing communications and identify other areas of opportunity through the email platform for process optimization.
• Develop HTML for promotional emails upon receipt of creative assets from internal and external creative groups.
• Prepare supporting files as required, example: imagery and iconography.
• Develop emails with responsive coding for mobile optimization.
• Be an active contributor to email development best practices.

Ideal Profile:

• Native language speaker with local workers permits (depending on client’s office location)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English in order to interact with global teams
• Bachelor's Degree in related field required
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and Adobe creative suite and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with email deliverability best practices, and rectification techniques.
• Understanding of cross-client, cross-platform, and cross-device compatibility.
• Advanced, hands-on user experience of a range of email channel tools including: Litmus, Email on Acid and more
• Testing and QA of email in multiple browsers, clients, and ISPs along with troubleshooting in multiple browsers or email clients with a strong sense of web design and user experience fundamentals
• Strong project and time management skills
• Provide email Best Practice guidance to internal and client teams
• Participate in business process due diligence and documentation
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
• Team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional groups
• Strong problem-solving skills and organizational skills Should be proficient with English and local language.
