📊 What You’ll Do?

• Dive deep into product, user, and business data to uncover patterns and opportunities.

• Track and visualize key metrics. Activation, retention, conversion, you name it.

• Build dashboards that actually get used.

• Partner with product, growth, and CRM teams to fuel smart decisions.

• Spot anomalies before they become problems and wins before they go unnoticed.

• Own the numbers. Be the single source of truth behind our data stories.

🧠 Who You Are?

• Obsessed with metrics and fluent in tools like SQL, Metabase, or Tableau.

• Comfortable with cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and A/B testing.

• Curious mindset, always asking why behind the numbers.

• Can simplify complex data for different audiences. From designers to devs.

• Fast, focused, and excited to work in a startup environment.

✨ Bonus Points?

• Experience working in fintech or consumer-facing apps.

• Understanding of retention and lifecycle metrics.

• Familiarity with product analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
