With offices in Germany and Dubai, we are expanding our international presence and looking for an experienced Project Lead with strong PHP knowledge in Dubai to lead and oversee our software development projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate technical projects from planning to deployment.
• Lead a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and efficient workflows.
• Develop and optimize full-stack applications using PHP and other modern technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and technical requirements.
• Ensure best practices in software architecture, security, and performance optimization.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and recommend improvements.

Your Profile

• Strong experience in PHP development
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD.
• Previous experience in technical project management and team leadership.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
