Automation Engineer (PLC)

Key Responsibilities

Support cybersecurity testing in FAT/SAT environments

Validate access controls, configuration hardening, and protocol behavior (e.g., OPC UA, Profinet)

Contribute to technical documentation (test procedures, topologies, risk assessments, zones and conduits diagrams and threat and risk analysis)

Apply IEC 62443 standards to OT systems

Required Skills

Experience with industrial automation (PLC, SAS, OT General)

Practical knowledge of IEC 62443

Hands-on cybersecurity or network testing in OT environments

Familiarity with protocol analysis and system hardening

Preferred

Exposure to Siemens tools (PCS 7, TIA Portal), ICS threat simulations, or monitoring tools (e.g., Nozomi)

Relevant certifications (e.g., GICSP, OSCP)
