Your Role

Role

As a Technical Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of projects, ensuring that development aligns with architectural goals and business objectives:

• Research, evaluate, and recommend the most appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for project success.
• Translate architectural blueprints into technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards and coding best practices.
• Oversee and enforce code reviews, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Ensure the development of scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs) and Technical Analyses.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders including Project Managers and Architects to relay team progress, decisions, and potential trade-offs.
• Identify and proactively address potential technical risks and project blockers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical solutions with business goals and user needs.
  
  

Your Profile

• Proven experience in application development with a strong command of Python,React & Node.js
• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies ( Docker,Kubernetes)
• Experience with major cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or other cloud services
• Strong grasp of DevOps methodologies and tools: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation practices
• Proficient in integration techniques, database management, and software security best practices
• Ability to optimize application performance and scalability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities
