Product Designer Lead

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic expertise in UI/UX design, driving innovation and excellence across Binance’s product ecosystem.
• Develop, implement, and refine design processes to support rapid iteration and improvement.
• Apply design thinking methodologies to create globally appealing, user-friendly designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to ensure effective implementation of design solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, offering expert insights and suggestions.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and industry developments to continually improve design approaches and foster innovation.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience working in UI/UX Design, with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, with a deep understanding of user experience principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management abilities, with experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for motion design or illustration is preferred.
