Frontend Developer

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to join our team and take a leading role in developing our next-generation UI console.

Working in the UI Framework Engineering organisation, this role will involve vital, high visibility work on our application framework, with a specific focus and expertise in data grids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of web components using Lit framework, translating Figma design specifications into production-ready code
• Contribute to shared and global code in the shell app, written in Ember.js
• Drive technical decisions while collaborating with product designers and other engineers
• Build out end-to-end features, including robust tests
• Work autonomously from a backlog of issues and bugs

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of frontend development experience
• Proven experience in AngularJS
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience with component-based architecture and design systems
• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern web standards
• Proven track record of building scalable web applications
• LitJS, Amber & AG grid
• Experience with modern frontend build tools and testing frameworks

• Advanced JavaScript/TypeScript
• Web Components/Lit Framework

• Testing frameworks (Playwright)
• Version control (Git)
• Experience with Web Components (custom elements)
• Experience on LIT.js/Lit Framework
