About The Role

We are urgently looking for an experienced Product Manager based in Canada to join our team on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution for technology-driven products. This role requires someone with strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market research, user feedback, and internal inputs.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch support.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, user interviews, and A/B testing to validate ideas.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories.
  • Monitor KPIs and define product success metrics; take data-driven decisions for product improvements.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, constantly advocating for product usability and performance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 6+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager in tech or digital product environments.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of market trends, customer research, product analytics, and GTM strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, eCommerce, or consumer digital products is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Other Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada with valid work authorization.
  • Local residents preferred due to hybrid nature (occasional on-site presence required).
  • Must be able to join immediately or on short notice.
