Position: Agile Coach

Client: Enterprise Banking

2 days a week on site downtown Toronto

Contract 6months + long-term extensions

Rate: $75-90/hr incorporated (flexible for senior candidates)

Must-Haves:

• 7+ years agile coaching
• Enterprise banking experience + Capital Markets experience
• Business perspective focused - keep business teams engaged
• Enterprise Transformation experience
• Regulatory experience - responsible for making sure compliance and regulatory is in place to make sure delivery is successful
• Product Owner Mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Process improvement
• Technologies: JIRA, Confluence, Code Repositories, DevOps (GitHub, GitLab), AWS/Azure

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Agile Coach to join an enterprise banking client within their Capital Markets team in Toronto, hybrid 2x per week in the office. This candidate will be responsible for guiding Agile maturity across technology and business units, with a strong emphasis on transformation, stakeholder management and alignment, and team communication. The ideal candidate will blend technical fluency with business acumen to drive Agile practices in a regulated and evolving environment.
