Key Responsibilities
- Analyze trending GitHub repositories and triage real-world issues
- Set up development environments (Docker, dependencies, tooling)
- Evaluate test coverage and overall software quality
- Modify, run, and validate codebases for bug-fix scenarios
- Collaborate with AI researchers to identify challenging repositories
- Optionally lead junior engineers on assigned projects
- 3–4+ years of hands-on Golang development experience
- Proven understanding of real-world, complex codebases
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to run, debug, and test live projects locally
- Experience working with GitHub issues and open-source workflows
